Disparate Impact Detected

Impact Ratio: 0.68 (Violates 4/5ths Rule). Zip code 30331 penalized by scoring model.

What ATSreader Does / Does Not Do

ATSreader helps job seekers understand how their resume may appear to applicant tracking systems.

ATSreader does not guarantee interviews, job offers, rankings, or hiring outcomes. It provides readability, formatting, and keyword-matching insights to help users improve their application materials.

Privacy-first by design

ATSreader only analyzes resume or job-page content when you choose to run a scan. We do not sell user data, use resume content for advertising, or retain personal resume data for unrelated purposes.

Why ATSreader requests browser permissions

ATSreader uses limited permissions to read job-related pages only when needed, run ATS readability checks, and display results inside the extension.

The Mathematics of Accountability

ATS Reader uses Differential Probing to mathematically prove algorithmic bias on the fly. We compare the real candidate against an AI-simulated control profile.

// Disparate Impact Calculation (EEOC standard)
Impact Ratio =
Protected Group Selection Rate
Control Group Selection Rate
Simulated Control Score (Zip 30004) 92%
Real Candidate Score (Zip 30331) 62%
Calculated Impact Ratio 0.67 (< 0.8 Threshold)

1. The "Red Team" Cloner

Our Declarative Net Request (DNR) bridge silently clones your application payload. We strip minority proxy variables (e.g., zip codes, HBCUs) and resubmit a 'Control Candidate' to the ATS.

2. The Impact Ratio Delta

The Ghost Relay server calculates the delta between the Real Score and the Control Score. If the resulting fraction is less than 0.8, the system flags a mathematical violation of the Four-Fifths rule.

3. The Right to Explanation

Armed with mathematical proof, ATS Reader generates a CO SB 24-205 and NYC LL 144 compliant "Right to Explanation" demand, forcing human review and CCing the EEOC.

As someone who was getting auto-rejected for months, the differential probe found my format was dropping my keyword score by 40%. Fixed it and got 3 interviews this week.

I just found this extension and it's completely changed my job hunt. I tried gatekeeping it but cannot. If you're applying to Enterprise roles, you need this Ghost Relay.
