1. What Data We Collect

ATSreader analyzes resume content, job description text on application pages, and browser page content only when the user actively initiates a scan. We do not track background browsing behavior or passively collect web activity.

2. Why We Collect It

Data is collected exclusively to provide ATS readability insights, formatting risks, and keyword matching. The data is processed temporarily to generate your match score and report.

3. Data Storage & AI Processing

Resume content and job descriptions are securely processed via an encrypted backend (Vercel Edge Runtime) using AI models to determine ATS compatibility. We do not permanently store your resumes on our servers. Data processed by our AI providers is strictly segregated and is not used to train global AI models.

4. Limited Use Disclosure

ATSreader.com uses data only to provide and improve its resume and ATS readability features. We do not sell user data, use resume content for advertising, or transfer user data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or with user consent.
